The Flickr-Comment Generator
If you're extra lazy, I've created a GreaseMonkey script which automatically retrieves the comment and places it in the comment-textbox for you

This will create a link (Flickr-comment-generator) under the comment-textbox on a Flickr page. Click on it to generate a comment.
On a sidenote, before you get your knickers in a knot, this is intended as a joke and I'm only poking fun at how generic Flickr comments can be.
